For some reasons , you can not upload with your maximum upload speed.So you need to use some traffic programs such as cfosspeed or , other way that easy , you need to choose lower upload speeds. I prefer you to use %80 of your upload speed. For example , if your upload limit is 100 kB , so think that your upload limit is 80 kB.

2.Maximum Download Speed

If you also use your browser , msn , skype etc. you need to use %90-95 of your download limit.

3. Maximum Connected Peers Per Torrent

Use upload speed * 1.3

4. Maximum Upload Slots

1 + (upload speed / 6)
