Europe Competitive Telecommunications Assocation ( ECTA ) explain the report that twice in a year about competition in high speed internet usage in europe.This report prepared by 2008 ' last quarter' datas.ECTA want from operators to give possible conditions for give service to users for high speed connections.It is not hard to understand that they are talking about prices and pipeline.For last year , EU get bigger %20 and has passed 110,5 million users.This ratio is %22,5 of europe population.For me , about high speed connection kingdom is still Japan , with gigabit connections and low prices.
